LIMITED EDITIONS
Humans are limited in their knowledge. We see through the glass (into the spiritual world) “dimly” at best (I Corinthians 13:12), so we need to stay humble and allow our opinions to be adjusted by God as needed. We Christians are on spiritual journeys, from glory to glory, therefore it makes sense that we be very careful to keep our minds from being stuck, like cement, in the same spot, rather than letting the Spirit of God expand our knowledge as He does His work of sanctification in our hearts and lives. If, however, we become “proud” of the knowledge we have, and feel like we really know a little more that we know, we can actually “hinder” God’s work and progress in us, as well as those whom we might influence.
