THE BANK OF HEAVEN
Think of heaven as a bank. If you open an account by trusting Jesus, and make regular deposits, one day you will go to heaven and live forever.
But, if one day you find yourself at heaven’s door and you have never opened an account nor made any deposits, you will not be allowed to enter.
So, with that in mind, what are you doing with your life today? Are you preparing for eternity, or spending your days in sinful pursuits, or maybe not anything that is especially sinful but just worthless distractions – things with no true eternal value?
Every single one of us needs to be prepared for eternity because not a one of us knows when we might end up at heaven’s door. But you CAN be ready! The Bible says that “everyone” who calls upon the name of the Lord (Jesus) WILL be saved! Please make that call today. It will be the most important call you will ever make!
