DO YOU KNOW JESUS?

How do you answer this question? I am not asking if you know who Jesus is. I am asking if you have met Him - personally. Have you repented of your sins, confessed them to Him, and asked Jesus to come into your heart and life, to be your Savior and Lord?

Jesus Himself proclaimed that He was the ONLY way to the Father God (John 14:6). The Apostle Peter said that salvation comes ONLY through Christ's name (Acts 4:12). And the Apostle Paul warns us that God commands all people everywhere to repent because He has fixed a day when He will judge the world in righteousness by a man He has appointed, and of this He has given assurance to all by raising Him from the dead (Acts 17:30,31). Who rose from the dead?   Jesus.

Are you ready for that day, when God judges the world by the Lord Jesus?

Jesus Christ will one day return to this earth.   The Bible is full of declarations of this truth, and also of the fact that MANY people will not be prepared, just as the world was not prepared when the flood came in Noah's day and swept away all but Noah, his wife, and his three sons and their wives.

Are you ready to die and leave this world? If you live to be one hundred years old, what is that compared to eternity? Five minutes - or even less? The Bible compares our lives to a mist, a vapor, smoke, a shadow, or a breath.   Eternity is a reality, and this life is NOTHING in comparison!

Do you believe your life is just an accident? Do you truly believe you are here for no reason? I promise that your life is NOT an accident and that you ARE here for a reason. If you want to know why you are here and what your purpose in life is, the answers are in God's Word. Find someone who believes in Jesus and ask them to explain it to you. Call out to God to show you the way. If you are serious and sincere, He will answer.

"Call to me, and I will answer you. I will tell you great and mysterious things that you do not know."
